@cpf This is the foundation of my statement, but to be clear I’m not saying no one should supplement vitamin d. I’m saying the first choice is to go outside. Unless you’re deficient, I don’t see the need to supplement synthetically.
@2withjesus Too much supplemented vitamin D can have a depressive effect on your natural vitamin A production, affecting your immune system negatively. Unless you are deficient, I wouldn’t supplement vitamin D.
