    What are you eating during the week?

    @jaxxyy I’m a little short on carbs but try to hit those numbers. I’ve never set macros that high based on a calculator, this is my first time having a coach. I think the goal is to figure out what my maintenance is and slowly cut from there.

    @jaxxyy I’m 5’2 as well. Doing a body recomposition plan prior to cutting- currently eating 125p/200c/45f. Lift 5 days a week, no cardio currently just steps.

    @basicsacademy Definitely eat more, 38f 120lbs and I’m eating 1700-1800 for maintenance. Using a macro calculator can help, make to include adequate protein.
