    @kent1956 I've seen that done before but it needed lots of food to fuel it and recover from it. Good thing about that kind of training if you slowly increase the weight over time you'll stall or you'll just not recover then you've got a good start for a different type of training program.

    Do you guys use any supplements?

    @mayaann Black coffee, Multivitamin, Creatine and sometimes 10mg citrulline malate if I'm feeling tired before training Find it gives me some extra "go" and the pumps are good. Weird fact for me when I was taking Creatine it was easier to stay awake on a night shift and I'd need less caffeine.
