    @fjdajfkldajkbfejfnsiqn Your welcome. If weights aren’t for you focus on dips pull ups pushups and a lot of abdomen exercises as well. Believe it or not a lot of the strength needed is from a tight core and without some strength there, you won’t be able to do much

    @fjdajfkldajkbfejfnsiqn You’re going to have to strengthen all your muscles. I recommend swimming and then some chest workouts in the gym 2 times a week. You are weak you need yo get stronger that’s all.

    @fjdajfkldajkbfejfnsiqn Do negatives for a while. Lay chest flat on the ground and push yourself up. It’s half a push up and can give you the feeling of pushing with tendons. Try and rest the weight on your wrists gently and breath out when pushing
