    @fiddlegal It’s over 1 cup oats I’m pretty sure. Or at least 1 full cup. I do 50g, with 3/4 cup soy milk and 20-25g of PB, and I am usually pretty stuffed.

    @andersonjeni No question, but I’m bloody impressed! Just goes to show that eating what feels right, and doing the exercise that suits you yields fantastic results.
