    @irishamerican4christ no one can tell you whether or not it will be a deficit. you just have to try it and see for yourself. i genuinely recommend starting to lift weights even before the weight is lost,you will have a much better result at the end of the cut. you will be leaner and tighter...

    @jesusisking1 yeah,since a if a bmi 20 5'0 woman and a bmi 20 6" woman will have a different weight. 5lbs is a bigger percentage of the shorter womans weight/body,thus its more visible if gained.
