    @ering Stats: M35 5'10 164lb Goal: negative pike press, working on strength and flexibility towards regular pike press (probably not a realistic one month goal) Current progress: irregularly can hit about 30s FSHS. although i could do with opening my shoulders up more and working on pelvic tilt.
