    @forever02 The opposite. Do free weights. You'll probably get a lot more out of that then these weird machine lifts.

    @forever02 🤮 doesn't do any free weight compound exercises. 🤮 I don't think most people can give you an evaluation of how strong you are with these lifts. But in my mind you're not at the point where you're plateued because you're approaching genetic limits.
