    @rnstaplesattnet Diet soda, Crystal light, 0cal koolaid, 0cal lemonade… Anything ZERO CAL. Dont listen to fear mongers about artificial sweeteners. They won’t impede dieting progress. And sure makes dieting much much easier.

    @ms7dc I’m talking about meats, rice, vegetables, oats, cereals. The stuff you should be getting 90% of your cals from. They don’t generally come in a convenient package..

    @ms7dc This guy has the right idea! But If drinking diet soda and using calorie free sauces helps you sustain dieting then by all means use them! I do..     @tangenica That’s quite the day. Are you able to sneak in a 30 minute lift for a lunch break? I know for me working 7 days on 7 days off its much harder to get my sessions in while working 14hr days. I make sure to get 2 lifts in minimum on those days. I have to go straight to the gym from work...

    @lotusgirl Check out Mike Mentzer. I believe his thoughts were no more than 2x weight lifting sessions a week for bodybuilding. Is it optimal? Probably not, but sure worked for him and many others. Any is better than none imo.

    @called4christ Oh sorry to hear. My wife went through that. I think mental health should always be prioritized, but easier said than done for the mother of a newborn. Hope you have good supports in place. ❤️

    @called4christ 7 hours is a solid nights sleep brother! I’m lucky to get 5 during my work week.. Gone by 5am , home at 8:30pm, gym til 10pm, bed before midnight.
