[FLUFF] ‘Wonder Woman’ recruited actual athletes, fighters as powerful Amazonians

@toujoursla I loved how tall she looked in every scene. She may not have been stacked like some of the other amazon actresses but she had good presence in the shots. Also I will happily drown myself in Gal Gadots glorious brown eyes.

FML: Heavy lifting made me look like I was in liver failure

@aamyggirl Good, I'm getting older and probably have to have shit like this done at some point in my life and I already have to remember to tell them I'm on creatine XD

FML: Heavy lifting made me look like I was in liver failure

@halifax24 What if this heavy work was a regular part of your life? I can't imagine my liver exists in cirrhosis levels of AST/ALT/LFT/CK 24/7 just because I lift?

[FLUFF] ‘Wonder Woman’ recruited actual athletes, fighters as powerful Amazonians

@dawn16 Ye, so, it's not toooooooo far fetched for her to go into battle in riding boots, cause she rides quite a bit. At least that's what I'm gonna tell myself XD

[FLUFF] ‘Wonder Woman’ recruited actual athletes, fighters as powerful Amazonians

@pello2 Or that she's used to riding horses, I thought they were modestly heeled boots?

getting fit seems pointless to me as i don’t enjoy exercise or less food/healthful food. isn’t life about finding joy? help change my mind

@promiseokon I thought I hated cardio. It was the bane of my existence, couldn't pay me to run etc. You still can't pay me to run but my own impatience with waiting for the bus that takes me the last mile from transit to work means that I have been walking at least 1.2-2.5 miles a day. Up and...

Here's my routine, my food, and here's my goal: I'm doing things by the book but nothing is moving anymore?

@tina_p Yeah I see my weight fluctuate almost 3-5 lbs depending on if I cheated all weekend eating wise or if I've had dairy or lifted the day before or really anything at all like the wind came from the south that day. Sometimes I feel like I look fabulous in my tight gym-wear sometimes I'm...

Here's my routine, my food, and here's my goal: I'm doing things by the book but nothing is moving anymore?

@tina_p Your legs def look stronger/better in the Feb photo, be proud of that work! With the stronger legs comes a reduced visual emphases on the "spare tire". You also look less soft overall, so I'd say you're going in the right direction. I'd bet you've put on a decent bit of muscle and that's...

    Squat form check 105 lbs x 5

@finnallen101 Can always do rack walk-outs to help strengthen the upper back and mentally prepare yourself for higher weights! Load up the bar with more than what you actually squat and just stand with it on your back with a nice tight upper back for a bit (I aim for 10, maybe 15 sec) and then...

How to deal with missing out socially because of workouts?

@haithai01 I lift 4 days and plan my rest day for trivia night lmao

    Squat form check 105 lbs x 5

@finnallen101 It's a lot to remember, but having a nice tight upper back platform really helps. I like to point my toes out just a bit when I squat as well, as my knees have a tendency to cave in. Play around with it and find something comfortable!

X/post from r/loseit back to square 1 and so confused please help!

@odarbty Especially let the fats fall if they're from "good" sources. I used to agonize about them but then realized I eat shit like salmon, avocado, eggs, etc. I no longer worry about those fat calories thems foods good af.
