    @rotlex Well I cant answer your question for everyone but I gain/Lose about a shoe size with the ~15lbs I gained/lost during the last few years. So there might be some correlation

    Do you have to have a structured workout routine to see results? Can I wing it every day and still experience the benefits of strength training?

    @mihai_1991 I'm a very lazy Person. The only Workout I do is a little full body circle on egym machines a few Times a week (when I'm good). But it still helps with my backpain a lot (I always feel how it would be without when I'm sick for a few weeks) and I gained a lot of strength. I'm not...
