    Consistently terrible F45 results

    @nasa321 I think F45 is mainly conditioning. They don’t use progressive overload so any muscle growth is incidental not intentional.

    How does losing weight while progressing at the gym actually work?

    @dillinger Good diet, calories and macros. Then 3x a week lifting on a defined program, not feelings. Lots of great programs which use progressive overload. Starting strength is a great muscle building program.
