What's something you wish you started doing sooner/knew earlier in your fitness journey?

@shouldn%E2%80%99tbethishard For a proper brace, your stomach should actually be pushed out! It shouldn't be full on distended, but definitely pushed out a bit and not that tucked/tight feeling that you're looking for in, say, yoga. It takes some practice! Here's a video by MegSquats further...

    Sports Bras w closures?

@dawn16 Yup! 34H and I am a SheFit believer now. Got some during their Black Friday sale and now they're the only sports bras I want to wear. I actually prefer the Flex over the ultimate for all activities though, I find it much more comfortable and supportive enough even for running. Definitely...

What workout videos do you find yourself returning to?

@kasham Thirding HASFit! Definitely corny, but I love their style of corniness. They're the only videos I can watch consistently and when I'm stuck at home and just want to follow along to something, I always go back to them. Have been using their videos for over 10 years now!

What can I do when I’m young to keep healthy when I’m older?

@burialchoice Looking at my family, I'd say stretching and just general movement. My Dad is in his 50's and has always been active and had a workout routine for as long as he can remember. He's in great shape, but he says immobility from being inflexible and is already kicking in. He never...
