    @p77cf Is there a 9 or noon class? Getting off at 5, I'm in bed by like 1030-1130. Off at 9, prob be like 230-330am. If I'm being honest, I wouldn't be able to stick with that class either. Might just be as easy as going to a later class.

    @kutloello My stance is if you finish too soon, your weight choice is too light. If your not finishing, maybe too heavy.     More reps with lower weight, or less reps with higher weight?

    @ladyblue1 I had back problems and surgery in '01, I'm always form before weight. You can always do more strength training, scale cals, running... if you aren't interested in cardio/endurance. I'd like my form to be a B+ or higher before adding more weight.
