    @johnnyleon I almost could have written your post, except I'm doing GSLP. I'm 50f and last previous lifting experience prior was bfl several years back. Lifting heavy and doing the linear progression has been great for me. I'm 10 weeks in, and enjoying lifting heavier than I ever have before...
