    @immortalzealot Oh goodness. I'm just the opposite haha. At my desk I'm so much more prone to snacking (even though I only keep things like peanuts and hard boiled eggs around) whereas I've had days where I'll forget to eat all day if I'm busy.

Diet seems to be what we struggle with the most so kudos to you for getting to that point. :-) It just clicked with me this week that calorie goals for the day fluctuate based - it's not just going to be 1700/day all day everyday. Energy needs change due to activity level...

    [12-Week Challenge] Week 10 Update

    @denice65 Strained my back or left glute/hamstring/quad last Monday so I took this week off of lifting to allow myself to rest and heal. Did more yoga this past week than in the last 6 months and realized how much I've missed it! Back on my program today! Here's hoping things go better. :)...

    @denice65 I'm still slow :P Usually no faster than 8:45 min/mile. Ran a half marathon at the beginning of May, but no planned races until my next half in September.

    @denice65 My deadlift isn't maxing at 225 anymore. My programming called for a 220lb single this past week and it went up so fast and easy I did 2 more just to be certain. I can't wait to test my lifts again in six weeks! This was the highlight of the week. Squats still suck, but I think I know...
