    C25K isn't working for me

    @indekee When I first started couch to 5K I was taking small jumps - especially at the beginning. From 1 min to 1.5 to 2. If you can do 3 minutes try 4 minutes. Or 3.5 minutes of you can't do 4. Slow progress is still progress. You can always add extra weeks in between to make smaller jumps.

    C&J/Bench Press ratio

    @pilgramspirit Mine is about 1:1, clean and jerk is slightly higher . My max clean and jerk is 150-153 lbs, and max bench press is 145-148 lbs. (I’m a woman but also train for powerlifting meets so I bench often and don’t do Olympic lifting as much.)

    @differentviews Thank you. My coach told me what to choose for my first two attempts and then left the final one up to me. He said I did well, that it's good to leave a meet hungry. (Also I need to work on leg drive to improve my bench.) You were right. Lifting in 165 felt great.
