    DIAMONDS ARE RIDICULOUSLY HARD

@dawn16 Nah it's fine, I only do push-ups nowadays, do you recommend rest days or I do those everyday?

    DIAMONDS ARE RIDICULOUSLY HARD

@faithabides I want to progress to clap push-ups, I only do push-ups at the mean time, nothing else.

    DIAMONDS ARE RIDICULOUSLY HARD

@onlyeringail As I said, I only want to progress to clap push-ups, I don't want to gain muscle (at least until I get to clap push-ups), do you suggest doing push-ups with weights or increasing reps?

    DIAMONDS ARE RIDICULOUSLY HARD

Title. I can do 3 sets of 8 reps of regular push-ups, perfect form and I go all the way down, I can even do more reps, but I never tried. Now off to the goddamn diamonds, I can do them comfortably but only go halfway down, if I go any lower I can't get back up, I tried doing push-ups with a...
