    Those who are 5’0/5’1, what is your goal weight and what are you doing to get there?

    @stephny 5’1 f here - gw is around 110lbs (cw is 129) i’m open to going higher or lower depending on how my body visually looks. i’m looking to lean out & then build a ton of muscle so as long as i lean out more on my arms, i’m happy with whatever weight that puts me at!! so far i’ve lost 14...

    @made2worship it’s a weird situation though, i can eat around 2500 calories without gaining weight but can’t lose unless i’m below 1250 and that’s at 127 lbs :( edit: i’m being downvoted as if people know how my body functions..

    @made2worship hi! so i’m 5’1 and despite working out 6x a week, getting all the sleep i could need, a gallon of water i PHYSICALLY can’t lose weight unless i’m eating 1250 or less & that’s at 19 so i know age and hormonal has nothing to do with it

    Struggling to get enough protein

    @10101212 hi! so no, i don’t have this problem but maybe you should consider adding some low volume high protein foods into your diet as you should be aiming for over 100g of protein daily. ideas: tuna, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, protein bars, eggs, bone broth, protein smoothies

    @seawolf1957 that sounds great!!! and yes, that’s the same case for me so i’m considering my walk to the gym as my “outside workout” since it’s on an incline and then however long i’m at the gym will be my second workout. best of luck to you as well :)

    @seawolf1957 love that for you!!! yeah for the “diet portion”, i’m just going to continue eating in a calorie deficit which will allow me to eat more freely during the time :)

    @shiney77 that’s amazing still && i definitely will!!! i walk to the gym and since it’s on a hill i’m basically considering that my second workout 😭

    Unexplained weight gain

    @thedovesear backing this, whenever i have high sodium or high carb days i usually weight 2-4lbs heavier the next day and then it falls right off like nothing ever happened
