    @lewis5398 Those two exercises were the hardest and least pleasant part when I started with RR. And with slowest progression. So I'm glad to see newcomers will have much smoother start.

    Chest dip progression for those who want to skip negatives and have no bands available

    @mhrova Seems like they just measured weight. I've got 73% with my scales, but only 56% with calculations. So my formula is incorrect, but I can't figure where.

    @icemasterpt How did you get those 73% of bodyweight for pushups? My calculations resulted in 56%, but I'm sure it's wrong.
