    It’s okay if you don’t want to do at home workouts right now

    @gumcareblog I did a leg workout at home two days ago and have major DOMS. I have been biking every day, but the squats killed me. I think I’ll take your advice and chill out a bit.

    What's your "I know I should(n't) be doing this"?

    @mar254 I did that yesterday. Gym was crowded, i didn’t feel like asserting myself waiting for bench to be free so I just said eff it and did kettlebell workout and abs.

    @nytro44 You look great- your legs look really strong! I bet you will love deadlifting. There’s nothing like the feeling of pulling the equivalent of an entire adult human body off the floor! It makes you feel like you could survive a zombie apocalypse. Keep up the good work!
