    @maria90 Back is lookin swole! I did BodPod, which isn't as comprehensive, sadly. At 5'7" and 19%, it's interesting how different these numbers look when comparing my pics to yours. Looks like you've got about 20 lbs of muscle on you compared to me. Thanks for the motivation :)

    @dawn16 Yeah, the issues I see with OPs form I think would be fixed with learning to get the back tight and learning to brace properly, which are addressed in that series. Such a good series! Good luck, OP!

    @arealwomanalwyz HUGE improvement. Great job. The bar is still rolling around a bit in your hands. That may just be because you're playing around with the grip a bit and the weight is light...just make sure you have your set up correct (back tight and locked, hands and bar firmly in place)...
