    How do you know when not to do a second crossfit workout in the same day?

    @truthnotfiction Whenever I feel I am not working out enough, I try to up the intensity of the time that I actually spend. Its time you're sacrificing from something else so it better be worth it. Everyone needs to find that balance.. just my take..
