    @akiake Sometimes I can size down to a small if it’s not a crop top (but I live in Florida like weather so minimal material pls) but if it has fitted sleeves it’s always tight around the biceps it’s so annoying

    @mayne70 Yea, I exercise because of the health benefits both short and long term. People in my family that don’t bother to be healthy-ish typically cark it anywhere between 40-60 with a good ol heart attack. Very motivating.

    @countrygurl32 You might want to consider more carbs if you're doubling up. Keto is a bad fad diet, good choice by the hubby. On top of carbs, make sure you're getting enough protein.
