    @lamnhi That seems like a good way to progress on pushups without training handstands in isolation, thanks. I'm sure once you decide to devote time to training the handstand skill it will come pretty quickly after doing the chest to wall pushups.

    @lamnhi Do you do any handstand stuff? That skill has always been the hardest for me to overcome in bodyweight training, and I'm curious if you were able to get these kind of results without it.
