    @xmathiiasx If you feel good it’s probably okay. How are your energy levels? Do you have a hard time recovering after workouts/do you feel sore?

    @dawn16 I’ve done that with mixed success - feels like I run out of energy rather quickly, but definitely worth giving a shot.
