    @cthelight7 I’m not sure if it’s true or not. I remember reading an article saying the first really gains you’re going to be seeing is neurological gains. Muscles follow afterwards. I’d bump up that frequency to four a week. Ultimately make sure you’re checking your boxes. Working out hard...
