    @hecallsmehisown here is an example of upper 1 and lower 1. here is an example of upper 2 and lower 2. I was really happy with the results of running this for 12 weeks

    @hecallsmehisown You're better off doing day 1: upper and day 2: lower imo. First lower day will be strength focuses and 2md leg day more volume focused.
