    How do you get 100+ grams of protein per day?

    @jszy04 Just want to throw this out there- I'm fairly certain the body is only able to absorb 30g-ish of protein per sitting.

    @newbee3 Would you consider banana ice cream with a scoop of powder in it? And add some peanut butter to make it really creamy?
