    @shesadreamer They work the same muscle groups so I would say they aren't very different.

    @fromgenesistorevelation I don't know the details but I wanna participate as well. I've always been a fan of dragonflies or whatever Rocky does in Rocky IV

    @nayt70 This makes so much more sense now. For your weight that’s definitely good. No doubt in my mind if you slimmed to like 85kg? You could do 60.
