    Should I see significant improvements after 5 months of training?

    @swindon Eh, I have been lifting for 2 years, and am a long distance bike rider. Am a lean 110lb and about 25% body fat. It's a lifestyle, and having a blast. I don't miss sugar, soda, cake, crackers. I hardly eat beef, and go easy on fish and chicken! So the one sure way to get that protein...

    @swindon 65 Female here and the sounds to me it’s your diet. You doing protein at about 1g per desired body weight ? You keeping down fat? No refined sugar !! Carbs must be complex fruit and veges and NOT starch like white bread. Etc etc

    @edmomillig No secret. My experience is when I have days when I just don't want to move much, and I let it go on for several days in a row, it's harder to get out of that rut. So the best thing is recognize those cues FAST and nip it in the bud. JUST GET ON THAT BIKE or it may not be a day...

    @investigate I started with a wide band, went to a narrow band, and then no band. Added in alot of hangs (30 s x 3), eccentrics (negative pull ups aka 'let downs') and pushups til the cows come home

    @karengodsgirlk2 Join the club 64F got it after working on it since Dec 2022. I’m at 2 sets 3. Going for 10. Full range of motion, none that bouncing stuff. Lol.
