    @wyldbrnch Sugars are the problem in modern diets, not meat. Get rid of your carbs and sugars. Ignore the cholesterol.

    @wyldbrnch Been doing carnivore and OMAD for years. Feel healthier, more energetic, and get sick much less often since starting it. Body only need protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals - all which can be found from head-to-tail meats and eggs.

    @cruzhjo69 There are many types. I do OMAD, so just eat once a day. As long as you have a 14hr break between meals though you will go into ketosis

    @cruzhjo69 Try going carnivore with some intermittent fasting, it will shred those layers of fat.
