    @ms7dc Clean eating, high protein and watching calories -keep yourself in a calorie deficit. Get your full nights sleep (critical for managing your hunger cues / energy). See where that takes you after 2 months and if that does not work, well, def see a doctor.

    @austinsugden Stuart McGill 3 - bird dog 10s 6 reps, side planks hold 10s for 6 reps, crunches 40. Then I walk around in a square crouched with a band around my knees to activate the glutes for 1-2 minutes.

    @ms7dc OMG. Maybe use a bit of common sense too. Moving is also super important for more than weight loss reasons - ALWAYS a good thing - helps with self-esteem and depression. That you would even entertain this idea around the campaign. (Shaking my head)

    I should add: 90g protein every day and lots of water too. My muscles never feel sore anymore.

    @nedlm10 Try creatine. Totally solved my issues. I’m 58.
