    @wina22 If OP can do one handed reps with a 32, then at this point doing lightweight 2H Swings with a 16 would just be wrong, even for the 10k

    @ngie I’ve just finished a round of DFW, and really enjoyed the simplicity of following a program through for the first time! Then started to work on my snatches, doing some density cycles for two weeks, but it shredded my hands! Any pointers?

    @daisy_lane Just eat a bit less than you are now and you’ll lose weight. That’ll be $70 for my wisdom. I can write that down as daily instructions if you’d like. Ps, Geoffs programs are legit, worth the money IMO
