    @nowhereman Yeah your protein is probably fine, track it a bit to check if you're well over 100g every day but otherwise don't stress about it. Ideal is to be at or above 1.6g/kg per day but who cares, it's not gonna be a huge difference if it's already close to adequate.

    @nowhereman To be honest I don't have a great answer to that question. I think a lot of the nitrogen balance and other studies were done with people at healthy body fat levels, but I'm not sure how best to generalize that.
