    @athleteto I was 5’4 and 118 for a long ass time. Had a kid, did cardio, lost the weight. Those last few pounds are hard, and when we’re really lean/thin, it’s even harder. There is a correlation with running/steady state cardio and increased hunger. I moved from all cardio after my first kid...
