Warmup: 5 minutes cycling + 10 minutes light resistance band upper body warmup. + 2 sets warmup for each exercise
Incline DB press: 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Chest press machine: 3 sets of 8 reps
