    @nscr Good luck! I have found it far more helpful than just wanting to be slimmer or fit into nice clothes etc. I am here dreaming about walking up a hill without sweating, damn it!

    How to get motivated to work out?

    @nscr I am on week 3 of working out 3-4 times a week which is bloody awful tbh. So far I’ve found that focusing on the reasons I want to be fitter is helpful - when I’ve considered not bothering I think about wanting to be able to walk without being winded, wanting to be able to do active things...
