    @lize Selenium isn't as crucial for testosterone as zinc and vitamin D would be. Selenium is more crucial for optimal thyroid function.

    @pkeck Yeah I hit the gym 4x per week. I am going to track my eating for a bit and add in some vegan protein powder. Need more protein :D

    @suomisidney I might actually do this. I've estimated a few days in a row that I eat anywhere from 2000-2500g Cal's consisting of about 50-60g protein, 30g fat, and 300-400g carbohydrate. If that's accurate I should be alright but I know how easy it is to miscalculate. I feel like I might be...

    @kirbygabbs It is possible, however my Vit D levels are not at a dangerious level, although doctor said should be around 100. I spend a lot of time in the sun, or so I think. Obviously not enough. Will be getting on the supplement :)
