    Update: i got 150reps on A and only 235 on B…will be retesting to increase my weight on B

    @monicats It’s the latter, I’ve just been a general fitness enthusiast and used to compete at oly toward the end of high school…don’t get me wrong…If double unders show up in the open im toast lol

    @sevilodorf I meant that as, I have no idea how to pace myself since I’m so new. Like for 23.2a I went out way too fast. So I need a target to hit to correctly pace myself

    @malgosia63 open at 185 to see how it feels, and at the very least 225 but I'm thinking 245+ Ive been doing crossfit for about 3 months now. Got 188 Rx for 23.1 which lands me in 88th percentile. Just want to try and qualify for my first open

    What does everyone think the male cutoff for 90th percentile will be for these two workouts? I'm verrry new to crossfit so I need a target to hit for both of these. Thanks!
