    @raybanvanman I personally would rather have cardio base and rebuild my strength than the other way round but obviously everyone is different

    @janitrol Get miles under your belt, running, cycling, rowing, skiing whatever you want. just go slow and long

    @janitrol Try doing jogging/walking gradually jogging for longer till you no longer need to walk
