    @twinmama Sorry if you said before somewhere else, but at 1700 a day, about how many pounds are you losing a week? I'm looking to cut but just like you, 1200 is really not working out and I'm trying to figure out a new limit.

    @cirix Squat: It looks good! The only thing I might say (which I forget a lot too) is try to tighten your back more. You can do this by bringing your grip closer to your shoulders and then squeezing your elbows into your body - it will contract your back muscles as well as draw your arms...
