    @victorcourville If I had to choose: Low Incline Smith Machine Press, Barbell Squats, Dead Lift, Bayesian Cable Curls, Rear Delt 45° Cable Fly, Crossbody Lat Pull Around, Pull Ups, Dips, Neck Machine , and Super ROM Lateral Raises. With that, I would happily never do lunges again.
