    @patim22 4:30 is no where near an elite time for actual runners. It is a common time for high school runners to hit. A free account on athletic.net only has access to the top 25 for HS, but currently it takes 4:10:77 to hit that. Generally I feel like “elite” would be people who could qualify...

    Please, help me. As a tall guy (6'2/189cm, 92kg) with long arms, how can I train to strict handstand push up?

    @dominikat Second this, if you can press like 80% tour BW you should be able to do a strict handstand push up given the smaller ROM.

    @diamonddolljeanette When I competed in college, we had a 400m/800m runner who could bench like 275. He was a foot ball player in HS, and much better at the 400m (about 49s runner)
