    Question for those who don’t take protein supplements

    @jimness I try to get around 100-110gm protein per day which is very do able. I get three meals with a protein target of around 25 to 30gm. Then for snacks mostly I eat boiled eggs, omelette or roasted grams , paneer etc. When travelling I use naturaltein protein powder.

    Question for those who don’t take protein supplements

    @jimness I try to get my protein through diet. I use protein powders only when I am travelling or cannot maintain diet due to other reasons. I have been off protein powder for quite some time now.
