    @mm30 I have markedly low tolerance for exercise that puts isolated strain or twisted strain on the elbows, doing chin ups is immediate tendonitis in the elbows, the diamond push up isn't quite as bad but it's not quite as bad as chin ups or skull crushers

    @aburninghammer I don't do diamond because it's immediate irritation and pain in my elbows
