@relliott28 Hi, omg, are you me? I teared up to this post. I am pretty similar you in terms of weight, age and sentiment. At 19-21 I was obsessed as well, going to the gym multiple times a day... I'm still trying to get through my issues but naked yoga sounds like something I'll try this week...
