    What’s your optimal workout time(s) and what time do you actually do it?

    @hungry_hungry_hippo When I didn’t have a job my favorite was 10-11, 2-3:30. Those are my strongest times of day. I’ve never been good at morning workouts Ever. I now do them right after work which is hard but the only option.
