    Why is everybody performing the same exercise sets all at once instead of splitting them up? 🤔 Wouldn't it be wiser to do curl-back-shrug and repeat that cycle 4X instead of doing 4 sets of curls, 4 sets of back, and 4 sets of shrugs? Wouldn't that give your muscles more resting time? Or is...
