@deesweetz i also dont like 1x frequency. It sucks mentally for me to wait 1 week to hit that muscle group again, even if there is no benefit for a higher frequency
@parodyofjay Have you ever tried torso/limbs ? I like it a lot instead of upper lower. One day chest/back/schoulder one day legs/arms. Training every other day
